Penn State Spring Position Preview: Tight Ends

Penn State will need to replace the Mackey Award winner Tyler Warren, but still has a strong tight ends room that should be a major asset for the offense in 2025.

The Starter

Khalil Dinkins (R-Sr.)

Dinkins has gained valuable experience during the past three seasons, and is next in line following Warren’s departure for the NFL. He’s a proven commodity with stellar blocking and passcatching abilities, with several clutch catches during his time as a Nittany Lion. Dinkins is coming off his most productive season, with 14 catches for 122 yards and two scores, and will certainly see his targets grow with Warren moving on.
