Despite falling behind early by two runs, Penn State got back on track in Big Ten play by topping Indiana in game one on Friday.
The Nittany Lions (18-14, 7-2) got seven strong innings from junior Marlaina Laubach to come from behind to beat the Hoosiers 13-3 at Andy Mohr Field.
Following back-to-back defeats to Ohio State on Wednesday, Friday’s win was just the kind of bounce-back performance coach Amanda Lehotak was looking for from her team.

Laubach herself responded after giving up the game's first two runs in the bottom of the second inning after the Hoosiers (21-15, 4-5) collected three straight hits to take the 2-0 lead.
