Penn State Six for Saturday: Defending Saquon Barkley in the pass game, Max Browne vs. the pass rush, more

Pat Narduzzi knows it’s coming. Penn State offensive coordinator Joe Moorhead is going to use star runner Saquon Barkley as a receiver, possibly on a wheel route out of the backfield. In last year’s game, Barkley scored on a 40-yard wheel route — a circle route out of the backfield — and it looked like the Pitt secondary had never seen one. Barkley has developed into a big-time weapon in the PSU passing game and he caught three passes for 54 yards against Akron last week.
