The Nittany Lions are set to continue their road trip in Honolulu, after getting swept in back-to-back matches against then-No. 15 Grand Canyon. The blue and white will play its first match against USC at 10 p.m. EST Thursday, followed up by a doubleheader against Hawai’i at 1 a.m. EST and Ball State at 10 p.m. EST on Saturday.
At 5-10, the Nittany Lions were on a two-game winning streak before dropping back-to-back games against a strong GCU squad, leading them to fall out of the top 20 in the AVCA poll.
