Penn State safety Marcus Allen has found his NFL home after being drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers with the 11th pick of the 5th round.
Allen has been a mainstay in the Nittany Lions secondary since becoming a starter midway through the 2014 season as a redshirt freshman. Throughout his collegiate career, Allen amassed 320 tackles, three sacks, 17 TFLs and an interception. He also had a penchant for making clutch plays, including perhaps the biggest play in recent memory at Penn State:
Allen was especially ferocious in run support, using his top-flight speed and instincts to constantly deliver devastating hits to ballcarriers.
