After a bye week and a loss by the top-ranked team in the country, Penn State sticks at the 3rd spot in the Associated Press and in the Coaches Poll.
The Big Ten teams joining the Nittany Lions are once again Oregon (Up to 1st with Texas’ defeat), Ohio State (4th in both AP and Coaches), Indiana (Up to 13th in both AP and Coaches), and Illinois (21st in Coaches, 20th in AP). Both Michigan and Nebraska fell out of the rankings following lackluster efforts against both Indiana and Illinois, respectively. Penn State travels to Madison to face Wisconsin Saturday at 7:30 PM.
