Culpepper visited the Nittany Lions in April before coming back for a multi-day visit on Wednesday and Thursday last week. He returned home to the Sunshine State on Friday, which is when he called PSU back up and gave his pledge.
Later Friday, Penn State's staff watched Levis throw, and it quickly became clear that his play was at a high enough level to receive an offer. Come Saturday morning, he received it, and verbally committed on the spot to become the man under center for the Lions in this cycle.
Anderson-Butts pulled the trigger later in the day after arriving for the Bash in State College.
