Penn State came, saw, and conquered.
The No. 9 Nittany Lions went down to Loretto, Pennsylvania and took care of the Saint Francis Red Flash Friday night in straight sets.
The game marks the third in a row that the Lions have not dropped a set. They have not lost a set since their January 16 matchup at Lewis University.
Coming into Friday's contest, coach Mark Pavlik knew the transition game would be key if the Lions wanted to come away with a win.
As for Friday, the transition game still “wasn’t as sharp” as Pavlik would like.
