The duo of Constant De La Bassetiere and Gabriel Nemeth found success in their first doubles action of the season, capping off a strong outing for Penn State at ITA Atlantic Regionals with a doubles title.
This tournament included the first live matches of the year for most of the team. Only Christian Lakoseljac and De La Bassetiere saw the court during ITA All-Americans at the start of October.
Thursday
Two Nittany Lions saw singles action on Thursday, the first day of the tournament.
Junior Noah Sutter started off on the right foot, winning his first match against George Washington’s Lawrence Sciglitano 7-6(5), 3-6, 6-3.
