Penn State men’s swimming looks to improve from last year’s Big Ten Championship performance

After an emotional Senior Day for the men’s team in its last time out, in which Penn State defeated Villanova 153-125, the Nittany Lions’ next challenge comes against some tough competition.

The Lions will take their talents to West Lafayette, Indiana for the Big Ten Championships, which take place from Feb. 24-27.

At the Boilermaker Aquatic Center the Lions will face off against strong opponents in No. 5 Michigan, No. 8 Indiana, No. 15 Ohio State and No. 16 Wisconsin.

The Lions’ only Big Ten Championship came back in 1999 and the team has only ever had five top five finishes.
