Penn State came into Bloomington for a rematch of last year’s Big Ten Championship game against Indiana on Friday night. The Nittany Lions and Hoosiers both entered the match tied for fourth in the conference standings.

The Nittany Lions could not produce much offense against the Hoosiers and were shut out by Indiana in a 2-0 loss.

Penn State and Indiana both played aggressive offense out of the gate. Neither team controlled possession and the ball switched sides frequently.

The blue and white had an early scoring opportunity in the 7th minute when sophomore Caden Grabfelder barely clanked a shot off the right goalpost from just outside the box.
