Sometimes the journey is just as important as the destination. At least that seems to be the case for Penn State this year.
Last season the Nittany Lions ended their year early with a 7-8-3 overall record and a disappointing overtime loss to conference rival Ohio State in the second round of the Big Ten tournament.
The squad will embark on its 2016 campaign on Aug. 26 in Palo Alto, California against Stanford. They play 11 home games before their conference tournament and begin Big Ten play on Sept. 13 when Ohio State comes to town.
While the Lions are coming off of their first under 500 season in more than a decade, things are more stable than they might appear at first glance, especially with head coach Bob Warming still at the helm.
