The brackets have been revealed and to absolutely nobody’s surprise, Penn State has earned the No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament. They will await the winner of the play-in game between Marist and UMBC.
Needless to say, the team got quite the VIP treatment while awaiting the bracket reveals, sitting in the auditorium normally used by the football team. If you’ll notice, each of the graduating seniors on the team were rocking their caps and gowns, as they were too busy bringing home the school’s first ever Big Ten championship to attend graduation ceremonies.
The winner of this Wednesday’s play-in game between the Red Foxes and Retrievers will travel to Happy Valley for a date with the Nittany Lions next Sunday (May 12th) at Panzer Stadium.
