No. 12 Penn State men’s hockey travelled to Ann Arbor, Michigan with hopes of picking up its first win in Yost Ice Arena since Nov. 21, 2014 –– but once again they will come home empty-handed.
The Nittany Lions were shut out on Friday night and did not fare any better on Saturday, losing 3-2 to No. 20 Michigan.
Penn State is now on a seven-game losing streak in Yost, falling to 2-8-0 all time in the arena.
Michigan picked up right where they left off on Friday night scoring only 26 seconds into the game as Josh Norris found the back of the net for the Wolverines.
