Penn State men's hockey drops final home game, splits with Ohio State

In the final game of the season at Pegula Ice Arena, Penn State and Ohio State made sure to give the Nittany Lions' faithful quite the show.

Before falling to the Buckeyes 7-4, the Lions came back from down 3-0 to take a 4-3 lead before the Buckeyes scored four straight goals in the final 15 minutes of the third period.

The Buckeyes (9-13-2, 4-8-2-1 Big Ten) jumped out to a 3-0 lead midway through the opening frame and were able to pump the pucks past Matthew Skoff before the Lions (19-9-4, 9-6-1-1) could manage a shot on Matt Tomkins.
