One of the most promising young talents in the Big Ten is transferring out of the conference.
One month after entering into the transfer portal, former Penn State point guard Rasir Bolton will be transferring to Iowa State, per his personal Twitter account.
In his first, and only season at Penn State, Bolton averaged nearly 12 points, two rebounds and just under two assists per game, as part of a backcourt that included fellow freshmen Myles Dread and Myreon Jones.
Nearly two months removed from the end of his freshman season, Bolton’s departure has opened up space in a previously crowded Penn State backcourt.
