Just four days ago, Penn State attempted 21 three-pointers in a game against Rutgers. The blue and white hit on 47.6% of those– a number that would be good for best in the country if it shot like that every game.
However, against the Hawkeyes, that three-point rhythm was nowhere to be seen. Unable to buy a long-distance shot the entire game, the Nittany Lions left Iowa City with a 76-75 loss.
At the Carver-Hawkeye Arena, the blue and white attempted nearly the same amount of shots as it did against the Scarlet Knights, shacking up 22 shots from long range.
