Penn State men’s basketball handles Wright State to advance to Cancun Challenge championship

It didn’t take Penn State long to forget about its overtime loss to DePaul on Thursday.

In their first Cancun Challenge game, the Nittany Lions manhandled Wright State from the opening tip and beat the Raiders 77-59 to improve to 3-1 on the young season.

Penn State grew its lead early thanks to finishing the first half shooting 61.5 percent from the field, including 5-of-9 from deep.
