Penn State men's basketball guard D'Marco Dunn earns Big Ten weekly honor

The Nittany Lion that powered the team's upset win over then-No. 12 Wisconsin has earned some recognition.

Guard D'Marco Dunn was named the Big Ten Player of the Week on Monday.

Dunn shot 10-for-12 against the Badgers en route to tallying a career-high 25 points. Additionally, Dunn dished out four assists and gathered three rebounds.

The Tucson, Arizona, native has provided a spark to the Nittany Lions in the latter parts of this season, tallying 12.3 points per game while shooting 53.2% from the field and 46.3% from deep in the team's last 14 games.

This award is the first time a Penn State player has won a weekly Big Ten award all season, and the first since guard Jalen Pickett earned conference player of the week honors on Feb.
