Not a lot has been going on in Happy Valley as of late. An exciting start to the month of July died down quickly as the NCAA dead period kicked into full gear. On Friday, though, the Big Ten Conference held their media day in Chicago, and each school had a handful of representatives in the mix with the media fielding questions regarding the upcoming season.
Penn State football’s head coach James Franklin kicked the media day off by not saying too much at first. During his initial press conference on Friday morning, Franklin discussed the team’s upcoming quarterback battle between Sean Clifford and Will Levis, further confirming that they are indeed going to battle for the QB1 position.
