The month of June has been a difficult one for the Penn State football program as some of their progress for the 2020 recruiting class has eventually failed. Players who were initially set on coming to Happy Valley next year ultimately backed out of their decisions.
Some players backed out and flipped to another program while others backed up and were flat out unsure of where they wanted to play. However, they made it clear that they weren’t sold on Penn State. The good news is that Penn State isn’t the only program dealing with recruitment losses this offseason.
