Julian Fleming, the top target in the Penn State football recruiting class of 2020 is nearing closer to a decision. James Franklin and Penn State have recruited Fleming hard in an effort to get the Pennsylvania native to Happy Valley. The talented wide receiver has had Penn State among his top schools for a long time and is finally ready to make a decision.
Fleming announced Friday night via Twitter that he would be making his final college choice on May 31. His final group of six includes Penn State, Ohio State, Clemson, Alabama, Georgia, and Oregon.
