With just a few days before the start of the early signing period, Penn State football recruiting made a splash on Monday with a big commitment from one of its top remaining targets. Six-foot-five defensive end Adisa Isaac chose the Nittany Lions over Miami, the other team in his top two.
Isaac, a four-star recruit by 247sports, is the No. 79 overall player and one of the top defensive ends available. A star at Canarsie High School in Brooklyn, he’s the top recruit out of New York. He finished his senior season with 77 total sacks, including 34 tackles for loss and 22 sacks.
