The Penn State Nittany Lions added their second linebacker commit of the day from three-star Philadelphia (PA) Imhotep Charter outside linebacker Shaka Toney, adding him to the mix with four-star Potomac (MD) Paint Branch outside linebacker Cameron Brown.
“It feels like home and they are committed to my betterment as a player and they are committed to my family and education,” he said to 247Sports this week
Toney committed to Penn State a few weeks ago, but he waited to make his public announcement until today's Lasch Bash -- Penn State's recruiting barbeque set to be held later this afternoon.
