Penn State’s 2018 recruiting class took a major hit Tuesday night with the announcement by five-star quarterback recruit Justin Fields. The top dual-threat quarterback in the class decided to pull his commitment to the Nittany Lions and open up his recruiting.
Fields originally committed to head coach James Franklin back on December 1, 2016.
The talented signal-caller has been impressive at camps lately and has seen his stock make a big rise. A native of Georgia, several top SEC schools have Fields as a big-time target. Florida appears to be the new favorite to land him.
