Hailing from Norfolk, Virginia, wide receiver KeAndre Lambert enrolled early for the Penn State football team after committing to the team in October of last season and signing his letter of intent in December. He finished three consecutive seasons with 1,000 or more yards and 11 or more touchdowns for Maury High School in southern Virginia.

Lambert had 20+ offers from FBS schools including a heavy presence among ACC schools such as Clemson, North Carolina, Miami and NC State as well as some other big-name schools across the country including Florida, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Tennessee, USC and Texas A&M to name a few.
