Penn State signed Rasheed Walker as part of their highly-touted 2018 recruiting class. Walker was the final addition to the class as the Nittany Lions beat out the in-state Maryland Terrapins for the Waldorf, Maryland, native. A top-100 prospect, Walker is the second-highest rated offensive lineman the Nittany Lions have signed during James Franklin’s tenure behind just Michal Menet.
Walker was on the brink of seeing the field as a true freshman in 2018 but wound up taking a redshirt. Since then, Walker has been a mainstay on the offensive line for the Nittany Lions.
During his redshirt freshman in 2019 Walker started all 13 games for Penn State at left tackle.
