Redshirt senior Amani Oruwariye enters the 2018 season with a chance to take a huge step forward in his Penn State football career. The cornerback has played three seasons with the Nittany Lions after receiving a redshirt in 2014 and his final season could be his best.
Oruwariye is coming off a fantastic 2017 season that saw him play in 11 games and make 28 total tackles. He also made a team-high four interceptions. He finished fourth in the Big Ten and No. 26 in the nation in interceptions.
He had a monster performance int eh loss to Michigan State, making five pass break-ups and an interception.
