The 2020 recruiting cycle has been quite interesting for the Penn State football program. At times, it was exciting. But then there were other times where it was entirely stressful for the program, the fan base, and some players. As the Nittany Lions had a good start to the cycle with their commitments, they began to lose a few as summer has started.
In June, Penn State lost four commitments. One of them flipped their school of choice to Ohio State. Another decided to immediately de-commit from the Lions and make a promise to the Florida Gators.
