The Penn State Nittany Lions entered the day unbeaten at home for the 2015 season. However, offensive struggles that have plagued the team all year showed up again on Saturday against Michigan. The Nittany Lions hung in with the Wolverines for a while, but ultimately fell short by a score of 28-16.
Quarterback Christian Hackenberg might have played in his last game at Beaver Stadium. If it was in fact his final game in Happy Valley, it won’t be a good memory. Hackenberg was harassed by the Michigan defense all day and even left for a while after suffering a hard sack.
