FERNANDINA BEACH, Fla. — Ricky Rahne has one game to bolster his resume as the Penn State quarterbacks coach. He is the Nittany Lions’ interim offensive coordinator and play caller for the TaxSlayer Bowl and can add a few of his own touches to an offense that will be overhauled this offseason.
“Obviously I want to be an offensive coordinator one day. I don’t know about the whole head coaching thing. It seems like coach Franklin has to deal with a lot more of this than the things that go on between the stripes,” Rahne said Thursday after the third and final full practice in Florida.
