Penn State Football: Marcus Allen looking at possible move to LB

A four-year starter in Penn State football’s secondary, Pittsburgh Steelers safety Marcus Allen might be moving into the front seven now. Allen saw little time in his rookie year. In fact, he played just two games and made two total tackles. A recent interview with Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin revealed that Allen might be changing positions or adding another spot to his skill set.

According to 247Sports, Tomlin said that Allen will compete at the linebacker spot in his second year. But, he then went on to say that the franchise feels good about the players it can flex to the safety spot, which would fall under the umbrella of Allen as well.
