The Wisniewskis are a Penn State football family, and one them is still playing in-state — and still playing this weekend.
Stefen Wisniewski, a two-time All-Big Ten selection and 2008 conference champion, is one game away from playing in the Super Bowl. Wisniewski — the son of Leo, a former Penn State nosetackle and second-round draft choice, and nephew of Steve, a two-time All-American and member of the Nittany Lions’ 1986 national championship team — helped the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Atlanta Falcons on Saturday. They will play for the Lombardi Trophy with a win over the Minnesota Vikings this weekend.
