It’s been quite the recruiting cycle for Penn State football’s 2020 class. It started off hot, as they were a Top-15 class as the summertime approached. Then out of nowhere, the Nittany Lions suffered a few losses as a handful of commitments pulled back on their word.
As soon as everybody began to panic though, the Lions bounced back. Penn State’s head coach James Franklin remained confident throughout the entire process. As he knew there were still tons of recruiting events to go down, the head coach figured they would make a comeback.
And after setting the desired goal of wanting to land 30 commitments for the 2020 class, Penn State is well on its way to accomplishing that feat.
