Time keeps going, and recruits keep on rolling in. Just this past Tuesday, Penn State football landed not one, but two commits to kick off July. First, it was a three-star wide receiver, Parker Washington. Then roughly about an hour later, the Nittany Lions picked up a verbal commitment from three-star cornerback, Joseph Johnson, who previously committed to N.C. State.
Yet, another player who was previously committed to another team decided to join forces with the Nittany Lions after re-opening his commitment. Back in August of 2018, three-star quarterback, Tyler Warren agreed to commit to Virginia Tech as a dual-threat quarterback.
