Penn State head coach James Franklin met with members of the media on Tuesday fresh off the bye week and ready to take on the Michigan Wolverines on Saturday in the home finale at Beaver Stadium. Franklin started by discussing the importance of Senior Day, especially for this year’s crop of seniors who had to endure the turmoil of the sanctions.
“So for us to go into that stadium with a sellout on Senior Day and it to be a whiteout and for this community and our students and our fans and the alumni to come together more than anything to support these young men and let them know how much we mean to them, how much they mean to us, I think is important.
