Penn State Football: If Iowa repeats 2017, McSorley has the answer

It’s been more than 13 months since Penn State football senior quarterback Trace McSorley hit Juwan Johnson over two defenders as time expired to avoid the upset on the road, 21-19. It was a huge throw, and it was an even bigger win. It also seems like some time ago, as the passing game has struggled with drops and overall inconsistency.

With that said, this may be a great opportunity for McSorley and the receiving corp to get back on track. Penn State needs to show up so it’s not in a defensive dogfight yet again. Last year snuck up on the Nittany Lions, but McSorley did this when they needed him (Video Courtesy of Big Ten Network).
