This past fall, the Penn State Nittany Lions landed a commitment from a solid prospect coming out of Michigan. The class of 2020 offensive lineman, Grant Toutant, made it official by committing to Penn State University as he became the first recruit of the group. Unfortunately, another Big Ten team made quite the impression on the young lineman as he had a sudden change of heart.
Late on Sunday night, Penn State got the sudden news that Toutant will not be attending Happy Valley after all. Instead, Toutant has decided to discard his commitment to Penn State, and re-commit to Ohio State to play with the Buckeyes.
