It’s a tradition that every school student in the country knows very well, the “first day of school” photos. As many Penn State fans know, Penn State’s incoming freshmen often send photos on Twitter to James Franklin of them in their classes. On Monday, 11 freshmen officially started classes at Penn State as early enrollees.

The hometown product out of State College High, Keaton Ellis was the first commitment in the 2019 recruiting class and was a later riser in the class going from a 3-star prospect to a rather strong 4-star prospect.
