Penn State Football’s decision to have a second open practice turned out to be a good one, especially on the recruiting front.
Although the practice was originally only opened to Penn State seniors, it was later decided to allow the public in.
Allowing the public in meant one thing; recruits.
Recruits cannot officially visit and meet with the Penn State Football coaching staff until the start of June, but if they were able to get their hands on a few of the limited, free tickets for the practice, that’s fair game.
