Although it wasn’t a real game, Penn State football was on the field Saturday for the annual Blue-White game. Over 60,000 fans flocked to Beaver Stadium to partake in the pregame festivities and sneak a peek at the 2019 Nittany Lions. There wasn’t a lot of action, but the Blue squad topped the White, 24-7.
The Blue was made mostly of projected starters, but some players did switch sides throughout the game.
Freshman running back Noah Cain looked strong, scoring two total touchdowns. He had a two-yard run for the White and an eight-yard touchdown receptions for the Blue.
