Over the last few seasons, Penn State football has started some popular themes for each home game on the schedule. Those themes will once again be returning for the 2019 season, including the famous White Out.
When the Nittany Lions open the season on August 31 at home against Idaho, it will be Youth Sports Day, with pre-game youth basketball and football clinics. There will also be an opportunity for youth cheer or dance teams to perform at halftime.
The September 7 battle with Buffalo will feature the Blue Band Jam, Scout Day, and THON Day. Additionally, the 1994 team, with stars such as Kerry Collins and Ki-Jana Carter, will be honored during halftime.
