“Running Back U” is a new moniker that could now be used to describe the Penn State football program, as head coach James Franklin has started a trend of recruiting some of the best running backs available. From Saquon Barkley and Miles Sanders, to Ricky Slade and Devyn Ford, Penn State has picked up commitments from several top running backs.
Next in line is four-star recruit Noah Cain. A product of the IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL, Cain was the No. 7 running back in the nation and came in at No. 104 overall, according to 247 Sports.
