The blue and white lost to then-No. 10 Iowa and No. 2 Northwestern last week, but the poll voters elected to not change Penn State's ranking.
The Nittany Lions return to action this week when they travel to Columbus, Ohio for a game against Ohio State at 3 p.m. Friday.
