Penn State Downs Arizona State In Overtime (Again), 5-4

Though the roles were reversed, the ending was almost identical.

After allowing Arizona State to mount a comeback on Friday, it was Penn State’s turn to come from behind on Sunday.

In a nearly identical overtime sequence as Friday, Connor McMenamin potted the game winner as the Nittany Lions swept the Sun Devils with a 5-4 win.

McMenamin was joined on a 2-on-1 with Friday’s hero, Connor MacEachern, but rather than set up his fellow Connor for a one-timer, McMenamin took matters into his own hands, picking the corner on Evan DeBrouwer.
