Penn State has dismissed another football player.
Redshirt freshman defensive tackle Kam Carter is no longer a member of the team because of a violation of team rules, a team spokeswoman confirmed today.
"We appreciate Kam’s contributions to the program and wish him success in the future," the statement read.
The team informed Carter of his dismissal April 21.
On April 27, the team also dismissed redshirt senior tight end Brent Wilkerson after State College police on March 8 charged him with misdemeanor indecent assault and a summary count of harassment.
