Penn State coaches hit the road this week, but what will its players do with spring practice over?

Penn State's coaches hit the road Monday for a recruiting marathon that lasts through the end of May. Its players will travel, but instead of to high schools across the country, their trips will mostly be contained to the Lasch Building and class rooms.

Spring practice is over at Penn State, where just a few weeks remain in the spring academic calendar. Finals and papers will replace sprints and huddles for head coach James Franklin's players, but according to two that spoke following Saturday's Blue-White game, they won't totally remove football from their daily routines.

"What we'll do now is, since we don't have practice, now I think we'll lift three days a week, have off two days; I think we do some stuff on the weekends," end Evan Schwan said.
