Basketball season is vastly approaching in the NCAA, and Penn State basketball is gearing up for the new year. However, their 2020 squad of commitments is beginning to fall into place as well. Last season, the Nittany Lions managed to pick up a couple of recruits for the 2019 class.
For next year’s class, though, they’ve just exceeded that number with their recent commitment. For a while now, Penn State has been sitting with two recruits in the 2020 class. Three-star small forward Caleb Dorsey committed most recently back in August.
Meanwhile, shooting guard Dallion Johnson became the first commitment for the class back in July, entering Penn State as the top recruit in Massachusetts, according to 247 Sports.
