After seeing his career move from the NBA to Europe, Tony Carr, Penn State basketball’s star of the NIT Tournament title run last year, made another move in his rookie campaign. Carr signed with Pallacanestro Cantu on Feb. 26, according to Sportando.
Carr started his career with Auxillium Torino signing on for the 2018-2019 season. He put together some nice moments over the course of his 25 games with the squad. However, Torino went just 4-21 over the 25 games he appeared in. Although it’s far from a successful team tenure, his individual performance makes his case to stay in pro basketball for the foreseeable future.
