Following the postponement of two games due to weather, mother nature finally allowed the Nittany Lions to take the field at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.
Penn State quickly acclimated itself to the friendly confines of its home park, ending a three-game slide by defeating NJIT twice, 4-3 and 5-3.
The complete team effort was headlined by electric pitching from both the starters and relievers. The bullpen allowed one run in a total of six innings between the two games.
Right-hander Justin Hagenman started game one for the blue and white, going six innings and earning the win.
